Cynthia Lauriston is a dedicated trial attorney who focuses her practice on family law and personal injury, helping individuals and families navigate some of life’s most difficult moments with confidence and clarity. Ms. Lauriston began her legal career in 2006 as an Assistant State Attorney with the Broward State Attorney’s Office, one of the most demanding prosecutorial offices in Florida. There, she prosecuted over a thousand cases, gaining extensive courtroom experience and developing the strategic skills she now uses to effectively advocate for her clients.

In 2009, Ms. Lauriston transitioned into private practice and founded Lauriston Law Firm. Today, she focuses exclusively on family law and personal injury, where her experience and dedication make a real difference in the lives of those she represents.

In her family law practice, Ms. Lauriston understands that legal matters often come with emotional and financial stress. She approaches each case with both strength and sensitivity, guiding clients through divorce, child support, alimony, equitable distribution, and time-sharing issues.
